Meet Our Team

Ed Staub & Kate Kohler are both Certified Sandler Trainers offering weekly training sessions, 48 weeks a year, in York, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Hanover, and other surrounding areas. While Ed is focusing on writing his book called the "Life of Balance vs. Imbalance" and spending more time with his wife, Tibby, enjoying more of his retirement years, Kate consistently obtains personal & professional ongoing training & development, so she may continuously evolve and bring their clients the most up to date methods and tools for enhancing productivity and success.
The team focuses primarily on delivering the systems, methodologies and principles, developed by David H. Sandler, but also bring many other lessons to the forefront, from industry leaders, such a, Stephen Covey (7 Habits of Highly Effective People), Andy Andrews (The Traveler’s Gift & 7 Decisions), James C. Collins (Good to Great & Great by Choice), etc.
Kelly Kaufman, VP of Administration, Recruiting & Hiring, is certified in Hiring and Interviewing. She helps their clients by providing them with a proven & reliable recruiting and hiring system and step by step process.  She also helps their clients with administration needs, online screenings and all things Sandler.
