Kate Kohler is a sales and management speaker for training events in the South Central PA market.

Personal Life

Kate was heavily involved in the community for two decades where she chaired and volunteered on numerous committees through the Rotary Club of York and the York County Economic Alliance. She also made the time to participate in her sons’ lives at school, coached youth basketball and served as President of her sons’ lacrosse club.


In her spare time, Kate spends this with her husband, CJ, her two sons, Peyton & Alex, and her furry friend, Charley. Traveling, working in her yard, reading, and hanging out with friends are some of her favorite things to do.

Kate Kohler began working part-time in the family business in 2001, while she was raising her two young sons. Kate’s responsibilities were mainly administrative duties. After participating in some of the training the company offered, she quickly realized she had a passion for the training and decided this would be her future. Upon discussing this on a walk one day with Ed Staub, her father, Ed told Kate she needed to prove she could sell before he would allow her to facilitate any training.


For the next five years, Kate entrenched herself in all of the training she could, plugged into numerous networking opportunities and began to build her customer base from the ground up. Kate quickly proved she could sell, not only to the small business owner, but also, mid to large size companies and publicly held companies.


Kate’s focus for more than a decade has been working with private corporate customers and facilitating the public sales, management, and customer service training programs that Sandler offers. Coaching, public speaking and team building are also some of her passions.
